*Firstly, Relationship between health and fitness:
A good health means that person is physically and mentally both fit and strong and he also can fulfill the demands of environment. Person with good health and fitness can enjoy his/her life. We need to be fit to have a healthy body.
There are some ways to maintain good health:
- By doing physical exercise daily for 30 to 60 minutes. Five to six times in a week. Exercise helps to remain active and also to , lose fat. If we do exercise daily or five to six times in week then we do not gain weight.
- Main thing is to balance our diet. Balance in our diet to eat in proper quantity not too much not too less.
- Some other things like we have a good sleep, maintain our daily routine drink a lot of water and not cold water normal water. Cold water helps to gain weight. Drink two or three cups of green tea daily. Not to oily things daily.
If we take good diet we will maintain good health.
Importance of good health and fitness:
- Reduce stress and depression.
- Preventing lifestyle diseases such as: diabetes and heart diseases, stroke and cancer.
- Physical fitness helps to reduce the cholesterol in our blood.
- It helps us to feel better a lot both mentally and physically.
We must always keep fit to have a fulfilling a life, there is a saying that " Health is Wealth".
