Indian Prime Minister Naredra Modi desires cordial relations with the Pakistani people.
The message was conveyed to Prime Minister Imran Khan by the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.
Pakistan after receiving this letter , appreciated the step towards peace of the region.
However it is to be noted that the development comes days after Imran Khan said that " we are trying ,but India would have to take the first step and unless
It does that we can not move ahead"
To add , it is reported that both the country have noticed reduction in Violation at LOC after signing a “hotline contract” .
Few days back Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa too stressed the need to resolve the Kashmir dispute saying ," we feel it is time to bury past and move forward"
One thing to remember is that there will be no peace unless Kashmir issue is not resolved by peaceful means as it is bone of contension between both the states .
Pakistan welcomes peaceful talks and dialogues that could bring stability to the region and promote peace.
