Another reason can be our perfectionist natureand unless we find a perfect way for our task, we won’t try to even start our work.

To overcome procrastination, one should vomit to the task, focus on doing tasks and not to avoid them. Try to tackle with the task as soon as they are assigned to you. Try to minimise the distractions and prioritise your tasks.
Overcoming procrastination will make you confident, brings feeling of being strong and capable. It also makes you feel empowered, and brings peace of mind.
Time is our greatest treasure, we should not waste it, as effective time management can be one of the reasons for our success. Lastly, We need to understand that if we procrastinate, then it can be a biggest hurdle in our success.
